About the Community of Arden HillsArden Hills lies approximately 8 miles north of the downtown areas of St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is situated in Ramsey County and covers 9.4 square miles with an estimated population of 9,692 persons. Arden Hills Parks and RecreationThe City of Arden Hills' lakes, trails, and neighborhood parks provide the backdrop for strong, active, and diverse neighborhoods. The City is home to two colleges (Bethel and Northwestern), Moundsview High School, strong churches, and significant open space.
