About the Community of Circle Pines

Circle Pines is a fully developed community located in the southern part of Anoka County, Minnesota, approximately 15 miles north of the Twin Cities. Circle Pines is a residential community with fields of oaks and elms scattered throughout the two square miles of the city. About one-third of Circle Pines is covered by wetland area.

Circle Pines Parks & Recreation

Circle Pines current park system has three youth athletic parks, three neighborhood parks, three community parks and seven natural resource areas totaling 134 acres.

The trail system is made up of both walkways and designated streets that have been carefully selected to provide you with the safest, yet convenient and interesting paths in our area. The city works carefully with Anoka County Parks Department and other surrounding communities to coordinate the interconnection of neighboring trail systems.
