About the Community of St. Paul-Highland
Highland (or District 15) is the area of St. Paul on its southeast corner, next to Minneapolis. Highland is bound on the north by Randolph Avenue, on the east by Interstate 35E, and on the south and west by the Mississippi River.
Highland is one of the areas of St. Paul Minneapolitans are most familiar with for a variety of reasons, including its concentrations of top-notch schools, its shopping area, a bicycling route along its Mississippi perimeter, and its synagogues. Each July the Highland Business Association hosts an art fair with about 60,000-65,000 in attendance.Saint Paul Parks & Recreation
The City of Saint Paul, Division of Parks and Recreation has great places to visit and fun activities for the whole family to enjoy.
